Terms and conditions
All items are supplied with the highest of quality. As the items are personalised the company is unable to accept returned items and all items are non refundable.
If the items are damaged on arrival, a photograph of the damaged item and packaging needs to be sent to the company within 48 hours. If this is the case then a voucher from the company will be issued for half the price of the goods.
Payment for the items is through Paypal or Bank Transfer or though website
Full payment must be received before any items will be dispatched. Normal turnaround of items is between 7 and 14 days.
